The City Plan Commission gave an Unfavorable Recommendation to amend the zoning maps on 6/20/2024. Aypa Power LLC is the project developer of record. It appears they formed the holding company, CedarHoldco LLC between their original application date and the plan commission meeting. And, the original applicant is Williams Energy Center LLC. All LLCs are represented by the same individual, Ian Evans.Are you confused yet?
