The City of Madison Common Council will hear a second reading of Ordinance 2024-7, to amend the zoning maps of 1,047 acres in the Deputy Pike and Chicken Run Road areas in the City buffer zone.
The ordinance proposes to amend the zoning maps from Residential to Agricultural for Industrial Solar developers, forever changing the fabric of this neighborhood.
This is the ONLY opportunity for the public to comment before the council votes.
