The Hearing has been Continued again to

Although the BZA board did not make it clear at the Nov 7th Hearing, it is presumed that they will close public comments at the start of the continued hearing on Nov 19th and proceed to deliberate and vote on the application. We’ve heard more than enough from Orion.
Here's what happened at Orion's second continued BZA Hearing on November 7
We send out another gigantic thank your to our community who showed up in numbers and endured this second marathon 5+ hour-long hearing. We also extend a very special thanks to our BZA board for their willingness to hear from all sides as they attempted to abide by their own rules.
Although this larger venue was able to accommodate the public in the number of seats, with no public internet, extremely limited cellular service, and totally inadequate video and audio capabilities, this is as good as it gets.
