Jefferson County Concerned Citizens Solar Ordinance Amendments
Thank you to everyone in our community who showed up in support, wearing red and to those strong speakers! Our Concerned Citizens through counsel presented the following amendments to the the new proposed solar ordinance at the June 10, 2025 Jefferson County Plan Commission hearing.
Because of you, the hearing was tabled (no action was taken) to address further revisions. This means, the citizens have more time to present evidence to the plan commission members before the next hearing once it is scheduled.
