The below letter represents Orion’s perspective and interests of certain claimed private landowners leased to Orion. It is addressed to the Jefferson County Plan Commission Technical Commitee which was appointed to review and recommend amendments to the solar ordinance.
Exhibit A on pages 15-31: Technical Committee recommended mark-ups in red text. These are the changes the plan commission will address at their 5:30 PM May 6th meeting.
